Cancellations

Where the cancellation of an order is necessary customer must;

 

  • Provide both proof or purchase and notice of the cancellation within 30 days of the date of delivery. Notice methods includes by fax, telephone, email or by letter to one of the addresses provided on our contact us page.

 

  • If the reason for the cancellations is due to any faults with the item/s in question, then please notify us of the problem at the time.

 

  • On cancelling your order, all customers will be expected to pay the return delivery charge incurred, unless the items being returned are faulty or incorrect, and therefore do not match the condition under which they were sold. Under these circumstances the company will meet the cost of return.
